Gennep, Netherlands (18 May 2026):
Just three weeks remain before the all-action Michelin 24H SERIES European Series resumes for the Michelin 12H PAUL RICARD in southern France, and it simply could not be closer at the top of the overall GT3 championship ahead of round three of the campaign.

Marking the midway point of the season and also the sixth instalment of a Creventic race at the Le Castellet track, the visit in early June will deliver yet another outstanding spectacle from the popular and prestigious global endurance racing series.

Like the Michelin 12H MUGELLO and the Michelin 12H SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, the race at Circuit Paul Ricard will be a split encounter, meaning the first six hours will be run on Saturday, 6 June, and the concluding six hours will follow on Sunday, 7 June. This format is proving to be a very successful one with drivers and teams, and is another distinctive element of Creventic organised competition.

Three entries are currently tied at the head of the outright GT3 standings, a Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO lock-out with GetSpeed Team PCX Racing, Ajith RedAnt Racing – who finished second in last year’s race – and GetSpeed Team JR286 all sitting pretty with 42 points each.

Sainteloc Junior Team, which took victory in the first race of the year in Italy, is just two points shy of the top with its No.18 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II. The No.2 HAAS RT Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II is presently on 36 points, with the squad’s sister No.21 machine two points further back. The highest placed of the Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) challengers confirmed for the Michelin 12H PAUL RICARD is the No.73 Proton Competition car, and last year’s GT3 winning entry which is currently tied on 34 points with the second HAAS RT car.

Three more Audi R8s feature in the initial round three entry, one from Continental Racing by Simpson Motorsport and a pair fielded by the returning Juta Racing – the squad making its first appearance of the season.

HOFOR Racing, the GT3-AM class points leaders, Viper Niza Racing and MP Racing will all be on the grid with their Mercedes-AMGs. Ferrari 296 GT3 team Era Motorsport will be seeking a turnaround in fortunes after a largely luckless season so far, while E2P Racing’s Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 EVO will also be aiming high.

Can Mühlner Motorsport continue its perfect start to the European Series by making it three 992 class wins on the bounce? The squad’s No.921 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992 I), which took 992 victory at Circuit Paul Ricard last year, will no doubt be challenged by the QMMF by HRT Performance entry, winners in 992-AM at both Mugello and Spa, and Red Camel-Jordans.nl.

The Driving Experiences, SebLajoux Racing’s No.910 Porsche, RPM Racing and Chazel Technologie Course have all scored strongly and consistently thus far in 2026 and all will be at Paul Ricard. In addition, the No.888 car of SebLajoux Racing will be on the grid along with the No.928 HRT Performance Porsche, Van Berlo Motorsport by CP Motorsport will make its maiden 2026 appearance and Orchid Racing Team will also be on the grid.

Vortex’s No.701 Vortex 2.0 will be targeting a third straight European Series victory in the GTX class, alongside the No.767 Maserati MC20 GT2 of Italian outfit Dinamic Motorsport. Meanwhile, TCE-TCX is expecting a battle between asBest Racing’s SEAT Leon Cup Racer and the Ligier JS2 R of Not Only Motorsport.

Round three of the campaign is also set to mark a welcome return of the GT4 class, with Circuit Toys and their Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2 confirmed for the visit to Le Castellet.

Teams will be able to take part in two CR Track Days at Circuit Paul Ricard on Wednesday, 3 June, and Thursday, 4 June, with the serious stuff then beginning on Friday, 5 June, with official free practice and qualifying. There will be three qualification sessions for the 992, GTX, GT4 and TCE-TCX classes combined, followed by three additional sessions for the GT3 cars.

The opening six hours of the Michelin 12H PAUL RICARD will get underway at 11.45 local time on Saturday, 6 June, with the concluding six hours beginning at 11.30 on Sunday, 7 June. Qualifying and racing will be streamed live online at Creventic Motorsports TV on YouTube, with links available for live timing and the video feed at www.24hseries.com

Supporting race action across the weekend will come from the Creventic organised Radical Cup Europe and also TCR Europe.
