Only one week remains until qualifying gets underway for one of the most important races of the 2025 Michelin 24H SERIES European Series, round four of the campaign at Circuit Paul Ricard where a spectacular grid will do battle in a non-stop 12-hour encounter in southern France.

Driver line-ups for the majority of teams are pretty much set in stone for the upcoming Michelin 12H PAUL RICARD on Saturday, 5 July, and the headline GT3 class features an impressive 17 cars – which is half the combined grid.

Overall GT3 championship leaders Scuderia Praha have confirmed Miroslav Vyboh, Dennis Waszek and Josef Kral for the Czech squad’s Ferrari 296 GT3, while fellow front-running Ferrari team Era Motorsport, from the USA, will field its regular line-up of Kyle Tilley, Dwight Merriman, Jake Hill and Ryan Dalziel.

United Arab Emirates squad Dragon Racing, making its first appearance in this year’s European Series, will also run a Ferrari 296 GT3 with the No.98 entry comprising Xollie Letlaka, Axcil Jefferies and Stuart White.

Audi entries are plentiful with five Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II cars registered for Paul Ricard, headed by Lithuania’s Juta Racing whose No.71 car of Tim Muller, Nicola Michelon and Arunas Geciauskas is currently second in GT3 overall. The team also runs a second car in France for Francois Beziac, Tom Jackson and Ameerh Naran.

Britain’s Continental Racing by Simpson Motorsport enters Vasily Vladykin, Andrey Solukovtsev and David Pogosian in its Audi, while HAAS RT, the Antiguan flagged Michelin 12H Misano winners, run father and son Peter and Nicolas Guelinckx in its Audi R8.

French squad Sainteloc Junior Team and drivers Michael Doppelmayr, Pierre Kaffer and Elia Erhart make a very welcome return to the Michelin 24H SERIES with an Audi R8 and are joined by Ernst Inderbitzin and Philippe Chatelet.

HOFOR Racing is the highest placed of the Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO entries and the Swiss team’s line-up of Michael Kroll, his daughter Chantal Prinz and her husband Alexander Prinz will again by joined by Maximilian Partl. Belgium’s Red Ant Racing will field brothers Yannick and Ayrton Redant, Kobe de Breucker and Kenneth Heyer in its Mercedes-AMG.

Viper Niza Racing, from Malaysia, runs its striking Mercedes-AMG for regular trio Douglas Khoo, Dominic Ang and Melvin Moh, while French squad TFT Racing has entered a Mercedes-AMG for Nico Bastian, Benjamin Paque, Patrick Charlaix and Jordan Boisson.

Porsche is represented by Germany’s Proton Huber Competition and Herberth Motorsport. The former will feature Jorg Dreisow, Manuel Lauck and Klaus Bachler in its Porsche 911 GT3 R (992), while father and son Ralf and Dennis Bohn partner Daniel Allemann, who is returning to active competition having previously retired, and Alfred Renauer at Herberth.

It doesn’t end there in GT3, with Spain’s E2P Racing fielding Pablo Burguera, Antonio Sainero and Oliver Campos in its competitive Aston Martin Vantage GT3. Lithuania’s RD Signs – Siauliai Racing Team enters a Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO for Audrius Butkevicius, Paulius Paskevicius, Vaidas Miciuda and Paulius Ruskys, and New Zealand’s Prime Speed Sport joins the grid with Nick Foster, Jono Lester, Heremana Malmezac and Miika Panu teaming-up with its similar Lamborghini.

Quality 992 grid ready for Ricard, tight battles expected in GTX and GT4

Points leaders in 992, RPM Racing, will be looking to consolidate their advantage during the penultimate race of the season and the German-entered team will field Tracy Krohn, Niclas Jonsson and Philip Hamprecht in the No.907 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992).

Red Camel-Jordans.nl from The Netherlands bring the regular family line-up of Ivo Breukers and sons Luc and Rik, along with trusty team-mate Fabian Danz, while French team SebLajoux Racing, third in the standings, fields Sebastien Lajoux, Stephane Perrin, Paul Meijer and Carlos Rivas. The French team has entered a sister car, driven by Jeremy Faligand and brothers Jean-Laurent Navarro and Pierre Arnaud Navarro.

What the GTX and GT4 classes miss in terms of quantity, they will make up for it with quality and competition. Venture, the clear leaders of GT4, field the British squad’s usual quartet of Neville Jones, Christopher Jones, Matthew George and Matthew Higgins while Belgium’s family trio of Rob, Chris and Mark Verhoeven will challenge in the Hamofa Motorsport BMW M4 GT4 EVO (G82).
