The gentleman driver-focused racing team JBR has announced its participation in the 2025 Michelin Dubai 24 Hours, which will be held from January 9 to 12, competing in the latest 992 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car.

For this prestigious event, celebrating its 20th edition, the team has appointed accomplished driver and former Super GT champion, Taku Bamba, as its lead driver. Supporting him will be a group of four gentleman drivers from Japan and the UK, making a five-driver lineup competing in the 992 Class.

This entry also marks a significant milestone for simdrive, the members-only driving lab in Toykyo, as its first overseas facility, simdrive DUBAI, is set for a pre-opening in Dubai in January. The team's race car will proudly feature the simdrive DUBAI logo. Furthermore, the team has garnered support from local sponsors, including FUJIFILM Middle East and Wayond, underscoring its strong ties to the region.

The Michelin 24H DUBAI promises to be a demanding endurance race for the team. JBR is committed to enjoying the race while striving for a strong finish with its gentlemen drivers.
