Gennep, Netherlands (27 March 2026):
Less than a week since the 2026 Michelin 24H SERIES European Series got underway in fine style at Mugello in Italy, championship organisers Creventic are delighted to reveal a grid of 44 cars is already expected for round two of the season – the Michelin 12H SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS.

Taking place over the weekend 17/18/19 April at the world-famous Belgian track, the ever-popular annual visit to Spa is set to be a classic if the initial official entry list, which is bursting with quality, is anything to go by.

Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO cars will be the most numerous with six lining up in the headline GT3 class, two examples entered by GetSpeed - including the GetSpeed Team PCX Racing branded car which claimed pole position in last weekend’s Michelin 12H MUGELLO, and the GetSpeed Team JR286 entry.

Ajith RedAnt Racing will be seeking to overturn the misfortune experienced in Italy, while GT3 AM class podium finishers from Mugello – and overall GT3 podium finishers and AM class winners from Spa in 2025 – HOFOR Racing are also confirmed. Also entering a Mercedes-AMG are Viper Niza Racing, who finished second in GT3 AM in Belgium last year, and the MP Racing team.

HAAS RT, which mounted a terrific challenge for victory at Mugello until steering issues late in the race cost the squad’s No.21 car a genuine chance of the win, return to a double entry with a brace of Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II cars. Top four overall Mugello finishers, and second in the GT3 AM class, Continental Racing by Simpson by Motorsport will also enter its Audi R8.

There will be a trio of Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 cars, two are registered by welcome category returnees Comtoyou Racing and the third is the E2P Racing Aston Martin, which performed strongly in round one until a broken damper derailed the team’s bid. The latter is a former GT3 PRO-AM class winner at Spa, with a different marque.

Herberth Motorsport, which came within less than six seconds of victory during the incredibly dramatic conclusion to the Michelin 12H MUGELLO and was runner-up at Spa last year, will be on the grid with its Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) EVO and will be joined by fellow front-running Porsche squad Proton Competition.

Two Ferrari 296 GT3 entries are confirmed. Era Motorsport – another which showed great promise in round one until car woes ended participation early – will be challenging hard, while Pellin Racing returns to Creventic action and will be seeking a strong result.

Overall Mugello podium finishers and GT3 AM class winners ARC Bratislava will be looking for more of the same with the team’s trusty Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO, and completing the current GT3 entry is the returning Optimum Motorsport with one of the squad’s McLaren 720S GT3 EVO cars.

Mühlner Motorsport, which took a strong 992 class victory at Mugello with its No.921 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992 I), will resume battle with chief rivals Red Camel-Jordans.nl, who took second place last time out and won 992 at Spa last year.

Completing the overall 992 podium in Italy, QMMF by HRT Performance will again be targeting the 992 AM class victory as well to add to their excellent showing in round one. HRT Performance also fields two further Porsches in the class.

Championship regulars RPM Racing and SebLajoux Racing will both be on the grid at Spa, as will Mugello 992 AM podium finishers The Driving Experiences, and Chazel Technologie Course. In addition, Escuderia Faraon, MM Racing and Holmgaard Motorsport will also be on the grid at Spa.

TCE-TCX grows to six cars for round two of the championship, with asBest Racing entering three cars – its Mugello-winning SEAT Leon Cup Racer and a pair of Cupra TCR DSG cars. Not Only Motorsport’s Ligier JS2 R, which claimed a clear class pole at Mugello, is entered alongside the returning J-Mec Engineering BMW M3 (E46), Spa victor last year, and an Audi RS3 LMS DSG from JW Raceservice.

Two Vortex V8 cars are on the entry for Spa in GTX, its No.701 took the class spoils in last season’s race, with a challenge coming from Belgian squad Speed Lover with its Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992).

In the GT4 class, three entries are confirmed for Spa. Team Sorg Rennsport will line up with a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, Circuit Toys brings a Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2, and CWS Engineering completes the class with a Ginetta G56 GT4.

Spa’s Michelin 24H SERIES European Series event will begin with Creventic Track Day sessions on Wednesday, 15 April, and Thursday, 16 April. Free practice and qualifying follows on Friday, 17 April, with part one of the Michelin 12H SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, the opening five and a half hours, taking place on Saturday, 18 April.
