Bugatti Shoes, a hallmark of Germany’s high-end bugatti fashion label, began its partnership with CREVENTIC ahead of the 2020 season, and has been a notable presence in the paddock of every 24H SERIES event since then. A working relationship that’s set to continue at the season-opening Hankook 24H DUBAI at the Dubai Autodrome on 14-15-16 January, as well as the eight remaining races (one non-championship) that make up the 2021 24H SERIES season.
Ole Dörlemann, CREVENTIC’s sporting coordinator: “To have Bugatti Shoes back on-board once again for 2021 is a big shot in the arm for the 24H SERIES. bugatti is one of the foremost producers of luxurious attire for men and women you’ll find anywhere in Europe, and to have their unwavering support confirmed for another season is a huge boost to what we hope to achieve together in 2021.”
Tim T. Müller, Chairman of AstorMüller AG: “We are proud and happy to continue our partnership with CREVENTIC for 2021. What makes CREVENTIC so special? There are gentlemen racers everywhere with a high level of sporting spirit and professionalism, all of whom compete on-track with fun and fairness. That fits perfectly with our brand, Bugatti Shoes.”
Part of the AstorMueller Group based in Switzerland, Bugatti Shoes has been a hallmark of the shoe industry since 1928, a year Johann Müller, the grandfather of today’s Chairman Tim T. Müller, established ‘Werkstatt Johann Müller for customized shoes.’ The Müller family has preserved this tradition of shoe crafting to this day, most notably Tim T. & Oliver Müller who have made the company one of the most successful in the industry.
Interestingly, Tim T. Müller’s association with the 24H SERIES pre-dates even Bugatti Shoe’s inaugural partnership in 2020. The AstorMüller chairman has raced regularly in the 24H SERIES since 2014, competing at all bar one of the Hankook 24H DUBAIs held in the intervening years. Mr Müller even took Dubai’s A6-AM class victory in 2018 with SPS automotive-performance, a win tally that also includes victorious runs at Spa-Francorchamps, the Hungaroring, and Portimão, the latter as part of 24H SERIES mainstay Herberth Motorsport.
CREVENTIC’s partnership with Bugatti Shoes will see the collaboration journey to seven different nations and three continents across 11 months to determine the GT and TCE divisions’ 24H SERIES champions in 2021. The season gets underway with the 16th annual Hankook 24H DUBAI on 14-15-16 January, will be followed up by the non-championship Hankook 6H ABU DHABI on 22-23 January, and includes trips stops in Mugello, Spa-Francorchamps, Hockenheim, Portimão, Barcelona and Sicily en-route to the season finale on 12-13-14 November, set to be held for the first time ever at the vaunted Sebring International Raceway.
