German team GetSpeed Performance will make a very welcome return to Michelin 24H SERIES action during the European Series finale next month, the Michelin 24H BARCELONA, after confirming the squad will enter a Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO with a four driver line-up.

American duo Patrick Liddy and Jon Hirshberg are the first two competitors confirmed for the No.286 car, the latter making his Michelin 24H SERIES bow and full GT3 debut while Liddy competed for Dragon Racing in the Michelin 24H DUBAI back in January, at the wheel of their Ferrari 296 GT3.

The compatriots are seasoned racers in the USA, both having competed in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America. Hirshberg presently races in the series in the LB Cup class, and brings experience of LMP3 prototype racing from the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge.

Liddy has raced at GT3 level, with experience of a number of different cars - not least racing to GTD class success for Forte Racing in the 2023 Motul Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta in America, at the wheel of a Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO 2.

The fifth and final round of the Michelin 24H SERIES European Series, the Michelin 24H BARCELONA, takes place over the weekend 27/28 September at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The event will mark GetSpeed Performance's first appearance in the Creventic series since it debuted in the 2024 Michelin 24H DUBAI with a Mercedes-AMG.
