CIRCUIT

Address: 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617, USA
www.circuitoftheamericas.com

Circuit direction:   Counterclockwise
Circuit length:       5.49 km (3.41 mile)
Number of turns:  20

Circuit of The Americas is more than a race track – it is the only purpose-built facility in the United States designed to host the premier motorsports championships in the world, including Formula One, MotoGP, the FIA World Endurance Championship and the Tudor United SportsCar Championship.
With a blend of sweeping, fast sections and tight, technical corners, Circuit of The Americas has challenged the world’s greatest drivers and riders. Now it is ready to challenge you and your guests through our track rental program.

The premier destination for world-class motorsports and entertainment in the United States. Set on 1,500 acres in the rolling hills just outside downtown Austin, Circuit of The Americas has hosted the biggest names in racing, action sports and music since 2012. At its heart is a 3.41-mile racetrack that was designed to challenge the world's most exacting competitors while providing a thrilling spectacle for audiences.

The 20-turn, counterclockwise circuit takes advantage of the naturally undulating landscape, including an intimidating 133-foot hill at Turn 1 that must be seen in person to be believed. It is home to the only Formula 1 race in America — the UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX — as well as ESPN's X Games, MotoGP, the FIA World Endurance Championship and IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and more. Nestled within the track is Austin360 Amphitheater, the largest permanent outdoor amphitheater in Central Texas, and its 251-foot signature observation tower. This unique treasure in the Live Music Capital of the World has hosted some of the biggest names in music and entertainment, including Texas icon Willie Nelson, Jimmy Buffett, KISS, Nine Inch Nails, Kanye West, Kenny Chesney, Drake, Maroon 5 and Kelly Clarkson.

TRANSPORT

TRANSPORT TO HANKOOK 24H COTA USA / Circuit of the Americas

Standard transport, by sea freight, of your race car and 2 pallets of equipment is included in the entry fee.
But how does this all work and what are your options?

LOADING AT AN ASSIGNED WAREHOUSE IN ROTTERDAM / UK OR OTHER PORT
Each team can bring their car and equipment to an assigned loading warehouse in Rotterdam.
Date for loading will be approximately October 10th or after the Hankook 12H SPA October 15th.

A container is placed at a loading dock so it is easy for teams to load the container and lash the car and equipment.
Once loaded, Creventic’s transport partner will take care of all custom formalities and the shipment to the USA including grounding at the paddock of Circuit of the Americas. Teams do require an ATA Carnet which can be arranged by the team itself or our transport partner can take care of this for you.

We only ask the teams for an ATA Carnet and a picture of the car from front and side view.
Once teams arrive at Circuit of the Americas, they can unload their container and start their preparation for the race.
Containers stay at the paddock for the duration of the complete event. They can be used as storage or sleeping.
After the event, teams can load their containers and we will arrange the sea freight back including customs formalities.

RETURN OF THE CONTAINERS
Teams can choose to send the container back to Europe or ship the container to Dubai to participate at the Hankook 24H DUBAI.
Arrival back in Europe directly after Cota will be beginning of middle of December. Teams can unload the containers again at the warehouse in Rotterdam.

EXCLUSIVE CONTAINER
If your team requires more container space there is always the option to book an exclusive container:
- Exclusive 40ft container for 1 car // Additional cost will be 1x Entry Fee + 6.500 euro (excluding cost of ATA Carnet).
- Exclusive 40ft container for 2 cars (2 paid entries) // Additional cost will be 2x Entry fee + 1.500 euro per container (excluding cost ATA Carnet).

TRUCKING TO YOUR WORKSHOP
It is also possible to receive the container at your workshop to load. We can arrange the trucking for you at additional charges. Just send us your workshop address and we can prepare a quote jansen@creventic.com .
There are 2 different trucking options:
- Option 1: Excluding side loader. Meaning the container will stay on the chassis and you have to load from a dock or arrange a crane yourself to ground the container at your workshop
- Option 2: Including side loader: This option is of course more expensive because the container will be grounded at your workshop
Free loading time for both options is 2 hours. Extra hours will be charged with 80 euro per hour

OTHER PORTS
We can arrange shipment from every seaport in the world and will always choose the most cost effective for your team.
Just let us know your requirements and we will send you a customer made offer.

AIR FREIGHT
Is your car not ready in time, there is always the option to send the car and or equipment by air freight.
Please send an email to jansen@creventic.com with the dimensions of the car, the weight and you will receive a quote.

SEA FREIGHT FROM 24H COTA DIRECTLY TO DUBAI
If you also attend our 24H COTA race (November 16-18) we can transport your car and equipment directly from Cota to Dubai with sea freight.
